Main purpose of roleTo deliver administration processing services to AAM Financial Planners and other associated work activity.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of roleThis role will incorporate some or all of the responsibilities outlined below:

  • Monitoring and follow-up of specific pipeline cases and assistance with New Business input
  • Assistance with preparation of client review/valuation packs
  • Ongoing administration of client records and other associated after sales support services including filing and scanning
  • Assist with upkeep and monitoring of associated media such as corporate business websites and promotional websites such as LinkedIn etc.
  • Assist with the dealing and coordination of internal/external post and related business communications
  • Assist in campaign and marketing activities and coordinate client date & Management Information as required
  • In your role you should constantly ensure that customers are being treated fairly and highlight any situation where you believe this is not the case.

Sales Support for Assigned Adviser:

  • Quotation and Reports
  • Assistance with presentations and organizing of events/seminars
  • Welcoming prospects and clients
  • Attending events/seminars as necessary
