Nick’s career in financial services spans over 30 years.  He began professional life in 1988 with The Royal Bank of Scotland based in Edinburgh. Subsequently, he graduated from a three-year course to become an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, as well as becoming a qualified Independent Financial Adviser holding the full UK Financial Planning Certificate.  In 2000 he relocated to Asia and attained the requisite certification to practice as a licenced financial adviser representative in Singapore.

In 2005 Nick established himself as a leader in the field of advising the expatriate community in Singapore and grew a team of Advisers from around the world to support his efforts.  Nick then took up a senior leadership role with AAM Advisory in 2009.  He is currently Senior Vice President with the firm and continues to advise his clients on the full spectrum of their financial planning and wealth planning needs.

Nick resides in Singapore with his wife Lynne, they have three children and his main interest outside of work is sport.   In particular football, having played regularly in Singapore for over 10 years for Barbarians FC.   However, he is now more likely to be found on the side lines watching his children play. Nick and his family spend their summers in the Scottish Hebrides on the little Isle of Colonsay, which is their favourite place to spend time and relax.
