After graduating from South Wilts Grammar School for Girls, Salisbury in 1990, Rebecca began a career in the financial services industry with Lloyds TSB / Cheltenham & Gloucester PLC as a Retail Banking Manager, and later rose to the position of Regional Director. In 2006 she relocated to South East Asia with her family and pursued the requisite qualifications to practice financial planning. Since then she has been successfully building her business and client network within both the expatriate and Singaporean community and has now made Singapore her long-term home, having successfully achieved permanent residency status in 2011.
Rebecca joined the AAM Advisory team in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2015. Her advice is anchored on ensuring that her clients have a strategy and an implementable plan that takes care of their respective core needs in the areas of protection, savings, and investment. She cares very much about ensuring that all her clients receive personalised and holistic advice, and very much believes in the adage that money facilitates choices.
Rebecca is married to Justin and they care for three others in their home – their daughter, her father, and a much-loved Beagle. Rebecca is a passionate theatre and movie goer and a very proud swimming / football / rugby / cross country mum (season dependent!). Other passions include baking, walking and travelling. Rebecca’s biggest personal goal is to visit every country in the world, and she is pleased to be raising a daughter who shares her wanderlust.
“I have been a client of Rebecca’s for over 10 years during which time both the markets and my own employment situation has had its ups and downs. At the times of the ‘ups’ as well as the ‘downs’, she has always provided advice in a clear, concise manner and without the use of financial jargon; something which suits me perfectly.”
