I give my consent to AAM Advisory to continue to treat me as an Accredited Investor and have ticked all the relevant qualifying box(es) below. I understand and can make informed decisions on the economic market, legal and tax implications arising from my proposed investment, with AAM's ongoing advice/support. Although I meet the qualifying criteria to be classified as an Accredited Investor, I would like to be treated as a retail investor. Due to the above, I understand that I will not have access to a wider range of sophisticated products/funds.

Accredited Investors are assumed to be better informed, and better able to access resources to protect their own interests, and therefore require less regulatory protection. Investors who agree to be treated as Accredited Investors therefore forgo the benefits of certain regulatory safeguards. For example, issuers of securities are exempted from issuing a full prospectus registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore in respect of offers that are made only to Accredited Investors, and intermediaries are exempted from a number of business conduct requirements when dealing with Accredited Investors. Investors should consult a professional adviser if they do not understand any consequence of being treated as an Accredited Investor.
To be clear, whilst AAM do not have to provide Accredited Investors with the same levels of disclosure as a Retail client, it has always been AAM’s practice that we provide all of our clients with the same, which we know our clients value.
